Reward Points made from orders are converted into usable Reward Points 7 Day after order completion. For the 7 Day delivery, the points will be set as Unusable Reward Points.
Unusable Reward Points are temporary Reward Points set in response to possible return or cancellation, and they cannot be used for purchasing until they are converted.
Usable Reward Points (Total Reward Points – Used Reward Points – Unused Reward Points) can be used when making a purchase.
